All items are handmade and made to order, which means each piece is unique and crafted with care. Because of the custom nature of my crochet items and paintings, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

If your order arrives damaged due to my negligence or there’s an issue with your item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can review the situation and make it right where possible.

Each piece is handmade with care, so please allow time for creation before shipping.

• Custom fitted crochet hats: Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped.

• All other crochet hats: Made to order and typically ready to ship within 5–7 business days.
